How much does shipping cost?
All delivery costs listed below are in AUD (your local currrency will be displayed in cart if you have selected that option). Prices are a flat rate, regardless of how much you have in your cart. Orders over $100 receive free shipping. 

Australia / Canada / Singapore / Hong Kong: $9.95

USA / UK: $4.95

Europe: $6.95

New Zealand: $14.95

How long will my order take to arrive?
Books are printed on demand and dispatched from printers in Australia, Europe and USA. This process helps to eliminate waste as a book will only print once an ordered is placed. It also lessens the shipping footprint as your order will be coming from the closest location to your shipping destination. Orders are usually dispatched within 2-3 business days with some delays during busy periods. Delivery time varies by destination but is usually within 5 business days. You will be able to track your order.

Other items:  All orders will be dispatched within 2 business days. We send all orders via Australia Post who has provided an estimate of 3-5 business days for standard delivery within Australia. Timing may be longer for remote areas or during busy periods.

Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100. Discount will be applied automatically in cart.

Can I track my delivery?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirming your tracking details.

What payment providers do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard and PayPal. All payments are made securely through Paypal payment gateway.

Returns Policy

We do not offer refund for change of mind. If your order has arrived damaged or something else is wrong (for example a printing error), then please contact us within 14 days to arrange an exchange or refund. Send your original order number and a photo to om@sacredbloom.com.au
